    Objectives:

“A study at Harvard University states that a person gets a job, succeeds in exams and achieves a position – 85% because of his ATTITUDE and 15% with academic knowledge”. The success story of any country accounts primarily to one thing – they do so by investing in their most valuable asset- people.

EDUCATION:

Education refers to both formal & informal education. We are drowning in information but starving for transformation, knowledge & wisdom. Education ought to teach us not only how to make a living but also how to live. Education that builds fundamental traits of character is absolutely essential. A person who is morally educated will be a lot better equipped to move up in life or succeed than will a morally bankrupt person with excellent academic qualifications.

The current system of education has failed in addressing the various psychological issues of the student community derived out of many reasons including family, circumstance, peer related and many. Apart from this in a survey and research conducted by IPERT among the school students, points to lack of knowledge in many most essential factors that affect the overall development of their personality. 100% of the high school & higher secondary level students of our country needs much support in developing a positive attitude& self esteem. At the same time all of them want to come out from the examination fear, poor memory & lack of concentration issues as these problems leads to extensive stress and results in poor performance.

                    EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES

Need for Value Education:

It has rightly recognized the need to lay stress on VALUE EDUCATION as the prime base to build a strong fabric, so that future generations can rise above narrow feelings and set up a strong foundation which will help to build an edifice that would stand the test of time and grow in to the next century.
As per Prof. D.S Kothari, a serious defect in the school curriculum is the absence of provision for education in Social, Moral and Spiritual VALUES.

The seven deadly sins according to Mahatma Gandhi are:

  1. Wealth without work
  2. Pleasure without conscience
  3. Knowledge without character
  4. Commerce without morality
  5. Science without humanity &
  6.  Politics without principle.

Each of these perversions reflects a lack of VALUES.

IPERT is committed to take up these issues and impart our services   by way of propagating human values and empowering effective methods of instilling better thoughts, attitudes and creativity in student community.

                              PARENT EDUCATION
                             NEED OF THE HOUR

The world in total is worried about the decline of morals of the younger generation. It is apparent from the recent developments in different parts of the world, the increasing rate of crime, especially cyber related and the most alarming sex and drug abuse. Each and every parent is absolutely worried about the future of their children as they attain teenage, irrespective of boy or girl the new young generation is going beyond the parent control.

Before we point a finger at them, let’s evaluate who is to blame.

The education system is beset with many problems. It has failed to promote in the young such qualities as love, forbearance and fortitude. Parents are keen about educating their children, but they are not concerned about the kind of education that is given. The entire country will suffer from the consequences of defective education. There is no point in blaming the students. They are like the stone out of which the sculptor chisels the figure he wants. Parents and teachers are the sculptors who have to mould the shape and figure of the students for whom they are responsible. If parents and teachers set the right example the students will automatically blossom in to models of excellence and bring glory to the nation.

The parents show too unintelligent an affection and give too indiscriminate a freedom to them. To instill in the minds of the young the values, the homes where they grow have to be the first schools. In many of our researches at IPERT one among the major complaint seen from the parents side is that the children irrespective of boy or girl who has been sent to school is found to have not attended the class and went somewhere else. Many suicide cases also been noted. The child does not come home, straight from school. Parents now a day are scared of their children and do not inquire why. By this tendency to dote, the career of the child is ruined.

Parents are leading children to ruin when they give them all the money they demand, provide them cloths they fancy, gift them cars or bikes to go places and allow them to license to indulge in every desire.

In our country to attain any position like doctor, engineer, teacher etc there is compulsory courses and years long training methods. But to attain the position of a parent- the most vital part of life – what training or course is available as of now (except some religious teachings)?

This concern is taken up by IPERT in a large scale and developed a brilliant PARENT EDUCATION methodology with sufficient knowledge to impart to the parent community in
